A Computer & Information Science graduate of Texas A & M University, Charles built this business based on positions in system’s programming, analysis and project management for well-known companies including EDS, MCI, First American Title and Atmos. The hands-on knowledge gained in data management, security, telecommunications, video and internet integration is a large part of the expertise you get when you partner with IT Medical Technologies.

​Charles was born and raised in South Texas and loves to be outdoors! He enjoys spending time with family, camping trips to the Davis Mountains, and any project involving a DeWalt power tool. He holds an advanced scuba diving certification and the beautiful Caribbean Ocean is a favorite destination.

Phillip brings a unique blend of experience and passion to our team. After dedicating a decade to the Mortgage finance industry, he made a bold career shift, fueled by his innate curiosity and desire to explore the world of technology. Phillip enrolled in a technical school and swiftly acquired the skills to troubleshoot and repair computers, manage networks, and implement crucial network security measures.

As a CompTIA A+ Certified Technician, Phillip possesses a comprehensive understanding of computer systems and a knack for resolving technical challenges. He is known for his self-starter attitude, always ready to jump in and assist with any IT needs that arise, delivering top-notch solutions and support to our team and clients.

Beyond the realm of technology, Phillip is a family man. He spends most of his time with his wife and two children, building memories and enjoying the moments they share together.

Phillip is a true embodiment of work-life balance. When he’s not at the office or with his family, you might spot him cycling on his road bike, and hopes to get back to playing basketball and golf.

In addition to his love for sports and fitness, Phillip loves capturing moments behind the lens of a camera and occasionally mixing music behind two turntables and a mixer. His versatile talents extend beyond the world of IT, making him a dynamic and valued member of our team.

Jesse’s journey in the world of IT began as an eager intern at his previous company. With an insatiable curiosity and a knack for problem-solving, he quickly made his mark in the IT department. Over time, his dedication and expertise led him to the role of IT Coordinator. After only one year as IT Coordinator, Jesse was training his team on helpdesk IT and practice management software.

Jesse specializes in helpdesk IT solutions and practice management software, ensuring seamless integration and optimal functionality. His patient and approachable demeanor make him a go-to resource for clients seeking IT guidance.

Beyond the world of technology, Jesse has a deep passion for art. He finds solace in visiting museums and exploring the creative works of renowned artists. You can often find him sketching breathtaking landscapes or taking a trip to the park to draw inspiration from his natural surroundings.

When he’s not immersed in the world of art and technology, Jesse enjoys immersing himself in the captivating worlds of mystery and fantasy books. His love for literature fuels his imagination and provides a welcome escape from the demands of IT.

Gladys has 10 years of experience in pediatric and orthodontic dental fields, with roles in medical billing, HR, HIPPA compliance, office management, and dental software IT support. In 2020 a Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity was added to this extensive set of skills! A background working within the dental field has given her a unique and valuable perspective on our clients’ support issues and needs.

Family time is spent with her husband and two energetic dogs, Bruno and Wolfy. She also enjoys comic bookstores and conventions, along with experimenting in new plant-based meals on her recipe-testing husband!​

Adriene has been with IT Medical Technologies for nearly six years. She is usually the first person you’ll talk to when you call IT Medical Technologies. She oversees and supports administrative duties in the office and ensures high levels of organizational effectiveness and communication for the team. As the office manager, she has had the privilege of wearing  many different hats and as a result, has learned invaluable skills pertaining to the day-to-day operations of a company. Adriene most enjoys the creative aspects of her job, such as designing new marketing materials and creating the monthly newsletter. Adriene demonstrates the ability to connect with our clients and  partners with compassion and empathy. She listens to concerns and issues carefully, and creates service tickets to assist our team in solving problems.

In her free time, Adriene is an avid reader and Audible listener. There is never a time she is not listening to, or reading a new book. She also enjoys spending time with her husband, children and grandchildren and loves to go on adventures with all of them. Adriene’s favorite things are sitting on a beach, playing with, and caring for animals of all kinds, and indulging in every sort of gourmet cheese she can get her hands on.
